    ANNIE PENN COMMUNITY TRUST - Who Can Apply

To be eligible to apply for a grant from the Annie Penn Community Trust, an applicant must be either:

1 - A public charity as described under Section 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

(Note: A copy of the federal tax exemption letter from the IRS must be attached to the Letter of Interest Form and the Grant Application Form).

2 - A governmental unit that is applying for grant funds solely for public purposes.

3 - A public institution that is applying for grant funds solely for public purposes.
